Helena Monica, ERYT200 and CEO of True You Yoga, began her yoga teaching career after attending Bikram’s College of India Teacher Training in 2006. Since opening her first studio in Stockton in 2008, Helena has been teaching, inspiring, and living her passion every day by bringing yoga to her community.
The Teacher Training program was an inevitable evolution for True You, with Helena providing her employees additional training, coaching, and grooming as they learned how to perfect their teaching craft while teaching at her studio. From this, Helena’s skills as a trainer were honed, and with enthusiasm and support from her yoga community, Helena launched the first Yoga Alliance accredited Hot Yoga Teacher Training Program in Northern California in 2014.
Helena's knowledge and creative inspiration combined with her highly trained, certified and passionate yoga staff will help you gain a deeper understanding of the many layers of yoga in a fun and exciting way!
